Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information RSA Innovations Inc. (“we”) collects through https://www.rsainnovation.com, why, and what you can do about it. We are based in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.

What we collect

  • Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, the consent statement you agreed to, when you agreed, and which page you signed up from.
  • Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include when you write toinfo@rsainnovation.com.
  • Questions and suggestions: if you use our contact page, your name, email and message are emailed to us so we can reply.
  • Project briefs: if you use our Work with us page, the answers you give (name, email, company, role and project details) are also saved in our database so no enquiry is lost.
  • Accounts: if you create an account, your email address, the name and profile picture your sign-in provider shares (Google or GitHub), and what you do in your library: items you save, learning path progress, and the pages you recently opened so you can continue where you left off.
  • Purchases: what you bought, the amount and the order date. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
  • Analytics: if enabled, cookieless, aggregated page-view statistics that do not identify you.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal information.

How we use it

We use your email address only to send the newsletter you asked for, and we use emails and project briefs you send us only to reply to you and discuss your project. We keep newsletter records while you are subscribed and for as long as needed to prove consent afterwards.

Where it is stored

Newsletter, account and order records are stored with our database provider, Supabase; payments are processed by Stripe. Our service providers may process data outside Canada; we choose providers with appropriate safeguards.

Your choices

  • Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, which takes effect immediately.
  • You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing info@rsainnovation.com.
  • You can delete your account at any time from My library → Settings. Saved items, progress and history are deleted with it; records of paid orders are kept, unlinked from you, as tax law requires.
