Integration + AI-Readiness Health Check
Find out what’s quietly failing in your integrations, and whether your instance is ready for Now Assist and AI agents. Results in 5 or 10 business days.
Why teams ask for one
Integrations rarely fail loudly. A call times out and nobody retries it. A credential expires on a Friday. A MID Server certificate is renewed somewhere else and a nightly sync stops. The first sign is a user asking where their ticket went.
At the same time, most teams are being asked what they’re doing with Now Assist and AI agents. The honest answer depends on data quality, access controls, licensing and whether the processes you’d hand to an agent are written down at all. The health check answers both questions with evidence from your own instance.
What we review
Integrations
Inventory
Scripted REST APIs, REST and SOAP messages, IntegrationHub spokes, import sets, scheduled jobs and MID Server usage.
Error handling
Whether failed calls are retried, whether retries back off, and what happens when they run out.
Idempotency
Whether a repeated inbound call can create a second record, and whether two-way syncs can loop.
Credentials
Basic auth versus OAuth, shared accounts, expiry and rotation risk, roles held by integration users.
MID Servers
Status, versions, validation, capacity, certificates and single points of failure.
Logging and alerting
Whether failures reach a person, and whether support can see what happened.
AI readiness
Licensing and plugins
What your entitlement includes for Now Assist, AI agents and AI Search, and what is installed.
Data quality
The descriptions, resolution notes, knowledge and CMDB basics an AI feature would rely on.
Access and privacy
Roles, ACLs, data privacy and masking, and guardrail settings an AI feature would run with.
Use cases
Where Now Assist skills or AI agents would help most, what ships out of the box, and what each needs first.
Governance
Who approves, how changes are tested, and how agent actions are audited.
Two options. One clear report.

Questions
Do you need admin access?
No. A read-only role set covers most of the review. Where something needs elevated access, we ask your team to run a check or share a screen.
Will you change anything on our instance?
No. The health check is review only. Any fixes are a separate decision, made by you.
What about our data?
We look at configuration, logs and metadata, not the contents of your records, except small samples where data quality is the question. We can work under your NDA.
What if we don’t have Now Assist yet?
That’s common. The AI-readiness part then tells you what you’d need, and what to fix before you buy.
Can you fix what you find?
Yes, if you’d like us to. Most findings come with a fix you can do yourselves; for the rest we can quote a fixed-scope project or add consultants to your team.
It’s probably not for you if you need a full platform architecture review, an upgrade assessment or a licence audit. We’ll tell you if that’s what you need instead.
